Bargain and sale by Henry Hackluit of Easton in the county of Hereford, esq., and Jane his wife, and John Hackluit of Stoke in the said county, gentleman, son and heir of the said Henry, and Francis his wife, to George Wigearne of Wyckton in the parish of Foord in the said county, yeoman, for £184 of a messuage with appurtances now in the tenure or occupation of the said George Wigearne, situated in Wyckton aforesaid and lands in belonging to it in Warton, Newton, Stolee, and Wyckton, with all those tracts of amble land lying in several parcels in a field called "Hamnashfield" within the parish of Stoke; one acre between lands of Samuel Ansbury on the east, a parcel called "Oxley's Close" on the south, and lands of Thomas Munekland to the west and north; one between Thomas to the west, east and north, and Oxley's Close to the south; one adjacent in a like manner; one with the lands of Thomas Munckland to the west, east and north, and the land of Oliver Caldwall on the north; 2 acres between the land of Thomas Wennckland to the east, west and north, and Oxley Close to the south; and one acre between the land of Henry Hackluit, esq., on the east and west, and the lands Thomas Munckland on the north and south.
